Product Description
I have spent many fun hours getting to know the Iconia and its unique features. So when it came time for me to sit down and design a case for it, I knew it had to be something as special as the Ionia. So I present to you my design.I have chosen high quality genuine leather for your case, it has a slightly creased warn in look to it. The way real quality leather looks. This means that not only will your tablet look stylish and professional, but the leather will also provide greater durability and protection than the cheaper leather cases you have considered buying.
I have measured and checked every port and button and customised the cut-outs for each, which means you can use all features without having to remove your tablet from the case.
I have gone against the trend of using magnets for closure on this case and opted for a traditional stud fastener. Why? Not only does it give you a secure closure, but during testing I discovered that magnets actually interfere with the Iconia's internal compass all those navigation apps won't work accurately, or even at all. Why risk it?
I have created an extra strap on the back of the case to protect your delicate rear facing camera lens. So when it's not in use you can simply keep it covered and protected. On those rare occasions you do need it, simply unfasten and click.
The cover styling of this case is probably my favourite to date. With this particular design I took the 3 most used stand positions and at each point created a channel for the stand to sit in. Not only does this give the case a unique look, but it makes the styling almost purely functional. I have also added two speaker cut-outs in the front of the case with a protective mesh. So when you fold the cover back to use your Acer, the rear facing speakers won't be muffled at all (see photos). Simple. How many other cases do that? None.
