Product Description
I have spent many weeks designing this case for your Asus. I've rejected and re-designed countless prototypes, experimenting with colours and textures to come up with something unique that I think you will love to own.For the material I have chosen high quality genuine leather. It has irregular creasing over the surface; the way quality leather does. This means that not only will your tablet look stylish and professional, but the leather will also provide greater durability and protection than those cheaper cases on the market.
I have measured and tested every port, button, camera, speaker and sensor and customised the cut-outs for every one. This means you can use all the tablet's features without having to remove it from the case. I have included a secure Velcro tab, which means your tablet will be held tightly in place and won't ever fall out.
I have opted not to create a cut out for the charging point on the outside of this case. We felt that it was more important to protect this delicate port from damage, dust and dirt.
I have gone against the trend of using magnets for closure on this case and opted for a traditional stud fastener. Not only does it give you a much more secure closure, but it won't cause interference to your tabs internal compass. During testing we discovered that magnets placed in the cover actually interfered with the Tabs compass. All those cool navigation apps didn't work accurately, or sometimes at all! Why risk it?
The styling of this case is very different from all those cheap clone cases. There is much thought and care behind this design. The slim padding beneath the genuine leather provides protection while keeping the overall thickness down. The centre strip of textured leather adds a professional look and closely matches the finish on the housing of your tablet. The chromed nickel studs ad a touch of class, while providing rigid stop points for the three viewing positions.
